The Petzl I'D is an excellent descender ideal for many applications ideal for work involving ascending, descending, work positioning and belaying. The Petzl I'D has become increasingly popular since in was first launched due to its many different functions and safety features it is undoubtedly the most versatile locking decender.

Features:
• Anti-error safety catch to reduces the risk of an accident due to incorrect installation of the device on the rope.
• Anti-panic function: if the user pulls too hard on the handle, the devices internal cam will automatically lock the rope.
• Locking position on the handle for work positioning while on the rope.
• When used for hauling - allows the system to be reversible.
• Available in 2 versions:
  • D20 S for work on ropes.
    With a safety clip on the swinging side plate: reduces the risk of dropping the device, practical for quick installation of the rope, efficient means for passing intermediate anchors.
    For ropes between 10 and 11,5 mm in diameter.
  • D20 L for rescue and arborism. (Not Available In Black)
    For ropes between 11,5 and 13 mm in diameter.
