The anatomically formed shoulder straps provide a comfortable fit and include a sternum strap. When not in use this bag can be rolled up and stowed away. When rolled up this bag weighs next to nothing against some of its more cumbersome competitors, and takes up less space than a conventional rucksack & carrying system.
