Dual Light

PETZL DUO LED 14
Waterproof hybrid headlamp: halogen / 14 LED

Waterproof down to 5m (IP X8). 
Hybrid light source to adapt the lighting level to the action: 
Halogen bulb for long distance lighting, 
14 LEDs with 3 lighting levels (maximum, optimum, economic). 
LEDs for even white lighting for a long duration. 
Adjustable Halogen beam. 
Regulated 14 LEDs maintain a constant light level until the batteries are almost discharged. 
Reserve power mode: when the batteries are weak, the LED array switches the intensity down automatically to reserve power. 
On/off switch is easy to use, even when wearing gloves and is lockable to prevent accidental operation. 
Light beam can be easily aimed where desired. 
Comfortable adjustable headband.
Waterproof down to -5 meters.

Designed for use in zone 1 (repeated presence of gas).
Intrinsic safety mode: minimizes the risk of an electrical arc or overheating of the battery pack. 
Augmented safety mode: reduces the risk of the optic overheating if the bulb breaks. 
Hybrid housing to adapt the lighting level to the activity: 
5 Leds for smooth, white proximity lighting for a long duration, 
Standard bulb for long-range lighting. 
Standard light source is focusable. 
On/off switch locks to avoid accidental operation.
